Indeed, Yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for relaxing the body and mind. It has also been proven to reduce levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) in the body.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU
I offer Corporate Yoga, tailor-made to your company’s needs and infrastructure.
My aim is to relieve your employees from stress in their body and mind so that they can get back to their desks energized and focused. But I also teach them how to manage their stress throughout their workday independently.
If you have a gym facility on site, we can plan a class on mats.
If not, no worries, I build chair yoga sequences so employees relax from head to toe without the hassle of having to change and shower afterwards.
All classes will include physical stretching, focus & awareness building and breath work.
Duration of classes can be anywhere from 30 min to 1 hour, ideally at least 1x a week.
