WHAT TO EXPECT FROM EACH CLASS

Whether you are an absolute beginner, have been to a few yoga classes on and off or have some experience in yoga, there is a group class for you. The small size of the class allows me to guide each and every student in the group more closely so that you can fully benefit from the practice.
My aim is for you, through all my classes, to relax while you strengthen both your body & mind.

 

‘BUILDING THE FOUNDATIONS’ CLASS

If you have never practiced yoga before or consider yourself as a beginner, this class is suitable for you. The pace is gentle and we will focus on building the foundations of your yoga practice:
⊹  getting your body to open up (from a lifestyle where we are always seated)
⊹ increasing your spine’s mobility
⊹ strengthening your whole body
⊹ getting into and out of the poses step by step
⊹ learning deep breathing
⊹ relaxing your body and mind

Starting with the basics of proper alignment and breathing techniques, we will progress with time into various postures that will benefit your system at a deeper level (internal organs, nervous system, circulatory system).

‘FLOW YOGA’ CLASS 

This class is for advanced beginners and practitioners with some experience in yoga. The movement unites with the breath to gracefully move from one pose to another.

We will build strength, flexibility and balance for both body & mind through varied sequences.  Playing with slower options, mindfully explore your body through a meditative yoga experience that will leave you energized and refreshed.

Drop in rate: 100 AED for a 75 min class.
