WHAT TO EXPECT
I offer one-to-one sessions of 60 mins.
During this time, we will build together a practice to suit your needs, lifestyle and physical condition.
Depending on your goals, the class can be a challenging workout or a relaxing restorative session. In both cases my aim is for you to meet your personal needs while you relax and strengthen both body and mind.
